In 999.M41, a large force, being betrayed by their own kin and losing many ships along with a relic heavy-cruiser. The Ember Sharks would later emerge from the Outer Dark to fight an Ork WAAAGH!, but in, the end the Ember Sharks ultimately killed the Warboss, ending the WAAAGH! and slaughtering the Orks in the jungles. Mass teleport and drop-pod boarding action were performed, killing and hacking trough all the maddened animals, tho at a great cost but the battle was won in the end, perhaps saving the Imperium from unknown destruction. The first-ever recorded battle was the destruction of an Infernus-class battleship owned by the hated World Eaters Traitor Legion, wanting a thirst for blood instead of void warfare. The First Ember Caelius Lionheart, on the day of creation, ready for battle the Chapter was gifted a formidable vessel a Chapter barque, a warp capable starfort. The High Lords of Terra deemed them with the name Ember Sharks created from Corvus Corax's gene-seed, fighting without fear of the unknown. Yet keeping a flame burning trough all the cold deep waters in the void, like an ember that will never extinguish. This Chapter is said to be as cold and ruthless as a shark.
Whenever or how the Ember Sharks were made, was to remain a secret. Before he could reach the hidden documents they were burnt up by a mysterious figure who vanished into thin air.
